Missionary Announcement!

Amy Flowers-Rodriguez is a bilingual administrative professional with over a decade of experience supporting executives and nonprofit organizations. A dedicated member of West Angeles Church of God in Christ since 2012, she has faithfully served in leadership, youth, children’s, missions, and evangelism ministries.

Her passion for missions began in 2015 through COGIC World Missions, leading her to serve internationally in India, Cuba, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic. Gifted in translation and cross-cultural ministry, Amy has devoted herself to serving the nations and supporting global outreach efforts.

She is also the founder of AfroLatinaStandUp, an organization dedicated to empowering Afro-Latina women, helping them discover their God-given purpose, and educating others about Afro-Latin heritage and culture.

Amy currently serves with Journey To Destiny Ministries on assignment in the Dominican Republic, where she is ministering to vulnerable young mothers and their children through the Teen Mom Initiative.
